Weingut Thomas Hensel is located in the heart of Germany’s Palatinate (Pfalz), one of the country’s most dynamic and quality-driven wine regions. Thomas Hensel approaches non-alcoholic wines with the same philosophy as his traditional portfolio: quality starts in the vineyard. Rather than treating alcohol-free wines as secondary products, the winery produces fully vinified base wines before carefully removing the alcohol.

Using gentle dealcoholization combined with aroma preservation, the goal is to maintain varietal character, freshness, and texture—key elements often lost in standard non-alcoholic wines. The result is a focused, clean, and technically well-executed range designed for modern consumption.
